I’m going to be real.

Grinding 24/7 in business sounds like a personal hell to me.

I have always wanted my businesses to be successful and ever-growing. But losing myself to the hustle was never an option. I do not live to work.  I work to live. I work to have hobbies and rest and travel and kick-ass in a life that I design.

Knowing this was the life I wanted from the very beginning, I had to create a way of running it that would allow my business to grow like crazy without smearing the boundaries I had in place.

So, I turned my work habits into a game that I played with myself.  I had no idea that this ‘game’ would become such a  staple to my success. It is the reason I have almost 2 million dollars per year in revenue and I only work roughly 15 hours per week.

This game started off just fun and goofy, and when I saw the massive results that came from it, I began implementing it more, refining it more, and reaping all the more benefits.

Over the years, I have created a process within this that allows me to rest and recover 80% of the time, and all-out sprint 20% of the time. This has created SIGNIFICANTLY MORE impact in my business.

 I call this game “Sprint Week.”

On Sprint Week, I go ALL OUT on action-oriented impact to grow my clientele, grow my revenue, and add value to my audience so they are dying to work with me. I spend the week over-riding that little voice that is telling me to stay small.  I play BIG. I play BOLD. I created a point system, rules, and challenges that create massive results for me.

And after the week is over, I rest.

I rest while watching new money flow into my business bank account rapidly.

I rest while watching my email list grow.

I rest while my customers send me emails thank you notes to tell me how happy they are that they have found my service.

You see, humans were designed to be able to work really hard….but in short spurts, not in this everyday-all-day toxic work ethic our Western society has taught. This is where I see most entrepreneurs get it backward and find themselves in burnout. Humans aren’t designed to problem-solve or grind all day every day.  We were designed to handle hard work, but in quick allotments that produce large results. Just like our ancestors were capable of extremely hard sprint-like work, but the majority of their day was spent resting, napping, and in full play.

Sprint week makes the hustle FUN and productive. Sprint week is the answer you’ve been looking for when it comes to explosive results without burnout.
